From appearances alone, the zombie avatar was handsome, with long ash-white hair, a pair of sharp fangs, a tall, lean frame, pale and dusky skin, and a pair of closed black wings behind his back, covered in neatly arranged black feathers.
He bore no resemblance to Fan Lang, nor did he share any features with the previous Zombie God First Emperor.
That was precisely the result Fan Lang wanted.
The zombie avatar had nearly reached perfection and already possessed life. He opened his eyes and looked at Fan Lang outside the formation, his gaze revealing humanlike curiosity and an innate hint of frivolity.
"Fan Lang... Zombie God... avatar..." the zombie avatar muttered. An enormous amount of information surfaced in his mind, confirming his origins and identity.
"Everything you need to know is already in your mind. I don't need to explain anything else," said Fan Lang.
"Why did you create me? To make me your executioner? I think I'd be quite happy to slaughter all living beings." The zombie avatar flashed a dazzling smile and licked his lips with his pointed tongue.
"Killing will be unavoidable, but not killing for the sake of killing. Your strength should be used for things that are more meaningful to me."
"Such as?"
"My next step is to send you to the Demonic Path Plane, where you can develop and grow stronger. When the time comes, I'll activate you as a hidden piece."
"Other than incorporeal things like ghosts, anything alive can be turned into a zombie. Demons are no exception. Zombies transformed from demons are also called corpse demons. Sending me to the Demonic Path Plane means there'll be endless corpse demons!"
