Its effect was simple: it increased refining speed.

Fan Lang's own refining speed was six times faster. The "Burning Sky Generation One" plugin could add another two times on top of that.

That was a doubling of the rate. An extra two times was a lot.

The plugin also had a burst function. Once activated, it could raise the refining speed to twelve times, but it would only last thirty seconds. After those thirty seconds, the system would crash.

Clearly, this burst function had been added with reference to the Temporary Burst Device, meant to provide that final kick at the critical moment.

"I'll find a Dao Seal to test it on. If it works, this plugin will be incredibly useful. It won't just refine Dao Seals—it can refine other things too, like the gate of that mysterious starship!"
