After passing through tightly sealed checkpoints, the ship entered the island's sole entrance, a massive cave connected to an underground waterway.
The ship soon docked at the underground harbor.
The person in charge of this island was not anyone Garp had expected.
When Neptune, wearing a special flotation device around his waist, saw Roy and Garp at the harbor,
his expression was exactly the same as Garp's, his face full of astonishment.
"Vice Admiral Garp!!"
"Neptune!!"
"Why are you here~~~~~"
Shocked voices burst uncontrollably from both their throats at the same time.
Neptune looked at the Hero of the Marines before him, scratched his head, and wore an awkward smile.
After all, his kingdom had once been one of the World Government's allied nations.
Now, he had vanished along with his entire kingdom and appeared in the East Blue. Seeing a hero of the Marines again naturally made him somewhat embarrassed.
As for Garp, after looking at Neptune, he turned to look at Roy beside him.

The instant he saw Neptune, he understood why most of the fish-men on Fish-Man Island had suddenly disappeared.
His face filled with disbelief and shock as he looked from Roy to Neptune, then back again.
After the air remained awkward for a while,
"Ha ha ha, Neptune, it's really been a long time!"
Their large hands clasped together.
"Ha ha ha, Vice Admiral Garp, it has indeed been a long time."
The awkwardness dissipated with the handshake.
After all, both men knew that since they had appeared here,
