Just as the little girl was about to be swallowed whole by the giant wolf, Fu Shan appeared. With a wave of his hand, a streak of light crashed into the giant wolf, sending it flying backward.
With a boom, grass clippings and black soil sprayed across the meadow. The giant wolf skidded a long distance after landing, gouging a deep trench into the ground.
It twitched a few times before falling silent.
"Little girl, are you all right?" Fu Shan waved his hand and rescued her from the pit, setting her down on the grass.
She coughed several times and made to rise and bow in thanks.

After thinking it over, the little girl told him that she was gathering materials to refine pills.
Chi Yu had actually told Fu Shan all of this long ago. He was merely pretending to be doubtful.
"Senior, what about it?" The little girl looked toward the giant wolf's corpse in the distance.
"Oh, go ahead." Fu Shan smiled faintly.
The little girl hurriedly flew toward the giant wolf's corpse. She took out a dagger and smoothly removed its two eyeballs before storing them in her storage ring.
After taking the eyeballs, she returned to Fu Shan and Xu Chen, then bowed again with cupped
