After Liu Shu summoned the Ferocious Emperor, the three were captured and sent to the Heart Devouring God Prison.

• Chi Ling, Ye Chen, and Yang Mei arrived in the Lawless Domain and learned from an inn waiter that its apparent peace concealed rule by the strong and the Floating Divine Hall.
• A young man serving God Lord Liu Shu demanded that the three become his servants, and Chi Ling killed him and his attendants when they attacked.
• God Lord Liu Shu confronted the three, but they broke free of his restraints and fought him to a standstill.
