Chapter Summaries

Hyuga Kei protected the Ninja Allied Forces from the Ten-Tails Bomb and returned with a plan to bring Kabuto Yakushi and Uchiha Itachi into the fight. As Naruto and the allied shinobi pressed their attack, Sasuke and Obito resolved to hold out until the Ten-Tails evolved.

• Sasuke and Obito used the Ten-Tails to fire a second Tailed Beast Bomb, and the two blasts collided while Hyuga Kei watched from above.
• Hyuga Kei returned to the Ninja Allied Forces, reported that Kabuto Yakushi had joined them and was searching for Uchiha Itachi's body, and pretended that he had exhausted his strength.
• Hyuga Kei gave Hashirama and Tobirama Senju Hashirama Cells, restoring much of their strength.
• Sasuke and Obito attacked the Ninja Allied Forces, but Hashirama used Sage Art: Gate of the Great God to suppress the Ten-Tails while Naruto led the allied shinobi forward.

• Madara Uchiha, Hashirama, Tobirama, Naruto, and the others fought over Sasuke as Black Zetsu possessed the unconscious Sasuke and forced him to form a hand seal.
• Hyuga Kei ordered Kabuto Yakushi to release the Impure World Reincarnation, and the reincarnated fighters began returning to the Pure Land.
• Madara Uchiha used the Impure World Reincarnation: Release to revive himself, while Kabuto treated Sasuke and preserved his life.
• A hundred miles away, Kabuto confronted Orochimaru and revealed that he had been Hyuga Kei's ally throughout the schemes Orochimaru thought he controlled.
• Kabuto used Orochimaru's curse mark to incapacitate him, extracted and destroyed his soul, then took his corpse away to conceal the killing.

Madara Uchiha reclaimed the Rinnegan and captured most of the Tailed Beasts, leaving Naruto near death as the Allied Forces struggled to stop him. Obito captured Black Zetsu but then pretended to rejoin Madara, while Madara revealed the devastating power of his Rinnegan.

• Black Zetsu retrieved Sasuke’s Rinnegan and delivered it to Madara Uchiha, who summoned the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path and extracted the Tailed Beasts.
• Eight-Tails sacrificed a tail to save Killer B, but Nine-Tails was pulled from Naruto, leaving him unconscious and dying.
• Uchiha Obito, Minato Namikaze, Hatake Kakashi, and Hatake Sakumo arrived, and Obito joined the Allied Forces after Minato forgave him.

• Obito seized Tailed Beast chakra from Madara Uchiha and escaped into Kamui's dimension with Naruto, while Madara's shadow tore out Obito's forehead Rinnegan.

Hyuga Kei severed the God Tree, while Naruto and Sasuke returned with new power and faced Madara Uchiha. After they invited him to meet the Sage of Six Paths in the spiritual world, Hyuga Kei entered his consciousness space and confronted the Sage, who mistook him for Otsutsuki Hamura.

• Hyuga Kei cut down the God Tree with the Golden Wheel Reincarnation Explosion, and Madara Uchiha absorbed the collapsing tree into his body.

• The Sage of Six Paths told Hyuga Kei that he carried Hamura’s chakra and had reincarnated to protect the ninja world, but Kei denied being Hamura.
• The Sage warned Kei that Madara Uchiha had absorbed the God Tree, and Kei insisted he would handle the crisis himself.
• When Kei sensed Kaguya’s revival, he expelled the Sage of Six Paths’ consciousness from his mental space.
• Kei returned to the battlefield and saw Black Zetsu transform Madara Uchiha into Kaguya Otsutsuki while the Infinite Tsukuyomi held the Allied Shinobi Forces in cocoons.
