Phew... I had been writing for four or five years.
The road had been full of ups and downs; it truly hadn't been easy.
There had often been breaks in updates, weekly updates, even monthly updates. But I had persevered. Even when I made no money at all, I kept writing.
What I wanted more from writing this book was a dream—to write a different kind of protagonist, a rather unique novel.
The insults, curses, and reports along the way had been too numerous to count. I went from anger and gloom, to fury, to not knowing whether to laugh or cry. Now, I took it all in stride.
Oh, someone reported me.
Oh, they were cursing me again.
Oh, they were dissatisfied again.
That counted as growth too, I suppose.
In the first half of this year, this book's results improved somewhat, and I finally earned a little income. Of course, it couldn't be mentioned in the same breath as those authors'.
On one hand, I updated more often. On the other, it was the result of all you dear friends working together—voting together, waving the flag and shouting together, cheering together!
This book wasn't just mine; it belonged to everyone as well.
Thank you, everyone. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Thank you to the friends who clicked the ads on my WeChat public account.
Thank you to the friends who gave rewards.
Thank you to the friends on Tieba, QQ groups, and WeChat groups who offered me advice, cheered me on, cared about me, and cared about this book.
Thank you to the friends who voted for me. I knew many people had even created several alternate accounts to vote for me.
I also wanted to thank the many friends who switched from pirated copies
