Bai Ze Entrusts Her Child

Chu Liang followed Bai Ze to Guardian Peak. Along the way, the divine beast Bai Ze looked over the surrounding scenery, seeming somewhat moved.

The moment the two landed, a streak of white light darted over with a delighted "Hualulu" cry. Though it had not seen its mother for a long time, the Bai Ze cub had immediately sensed that familiar presence.

A gentle smile spread across Bai Ze's face. She stroked the cub's head and softly said something to it, then patted its back and sent it off to play on its own.

The Bai Ze cub turned its head and gave Chu Liang a look of greeting before happily bouncing and skipping away. Its two good friends were waiting nearby: Liu Xiaoyu stood together with the Golden-Haired Hou, a frisbee in her hand.

When the Bai Ze cub came over, Liu Xiaoyu flicked her hand, sending the frisbee spinning wildly through the air in another direction. The Bai Ze cub and the Golden-Haired Hou immediately pounced after it, competing to snatch it amid a burst of howls and yelps.

They looked exactly like two energetic big dogs.
