Flood

Ge Shui Town had still been a town more than a decade ago, but because it lay along the coast and beside a harbor, the government had designated it an economic development zone, and it had gradually become a city. The locals still preferred to call it a town.

The origin of Ge Shui City's name was rather interesting. Three major rivers converged here before flowing into the sea; "Ge Shui" was taken from the meaning of "holding back water."
