An Update

Just as I'd predicted last night, I vomited until the middle of the night. My stomach hurt slightly, felt bloated, and I was nauseous and wanted to throw up. I vomited until my stomach lining was damaged. Then I dragged myself to the hospital... The temperature difference between day and night in Dali was huge. I almost didn't make it.

After a blood test, the doctor said it was acute gastroenteritis.

The IV drip had been running since five in the morning until now. My stomach still felt awful this morning, but it was much better than yesterday.
