With Mind Power abundant, Chu Fei was ready to indulge a little.

Compared to Wisdom Dewdrop, Mind Power's greatest advantage was its "higher-dimensional" nature, allowing Chu Fei to possess higher-dimensional thinking abilities. However, gaining higher-dimensional thinking came at a steep cost, and Mind Power was consumed quickly.

Moreover, unlike Wisdom Dewdrop, Mind Power had never increased in level. Its consumption was greater.

When Chu Fei broke through 10.0, Wisdom Dewdrop had upgraded. Wisdom Dewdrop came from the knowledge, insights, and realizations Chu Fei absorbed; after 10.0, the knowledge Chu Fei absorbed improved, and so did Wisdom Dewdrop.

But Mind Power came from ordinary people, so it had never increased in level.

At this point, Chu Fei's Cultivation Level was approaching the 11.0 limit. If the Cosmic Brain's dimensions were overclocked, it would reach the height of 12.0, which required even more Mind Power.

Now, a single thought thread could consume one portion of Mind Power in just over ten minutes. With Chu Fei running more than a dozen thought threads at once, he could burn through eighty or ninety portions of Mind Power in an hour.

But this was necessary. If the dimensional level was insufficient, no amount of computing power would help.

It was like an army at war: a modern army of several hundred men versus an ancient army of several million. The ancient army would be wiped out before it even got close.

If numbers were equivalent to computing power, then technology was equivalent to dimensionality. So sometimes, computing power alone was not enough.

To research better technology, one had to elevate one's own consciousness to a higher dimension.
