History
Chakra originates with the Divine Tree. Its branches and leaves absorb solar energy while its roots draw energy from a life-bearing planet; the tree processes both sources into the Chakra Fruit and Origin Chakra. When Origin Chakra merges with a living being, it is transformed into a version the body can absorb—a process Ningyuan describes as a dimensional reduction of the original power. 251
In ordinary ninja practice, Chakra is created by combining physical energy with spiritual energy. Hand seals function as a form of programming: direct will can move raw Chakra, while seals process it into techniques such as elemental releases. 6 7
Ningyuan challenges the conventional limitation that Chakra cannot be retained. By following a concealed pathway outside the standard Chakra meridians, he discovers the Qi Sea and stores Chakra there as True Qi. Detection & Concealment
Chakra can be perceived through Uzumaki sensing, Sharingan, Byakugan, general Chakra Perception, and Tailed Beast Perception. Ningyuan considers the Byakugan the immediate threat to his concealed cultivation because it can observe Chakra circulation within the body. 9
The Byakugan's vision is obstructed by dense materials such as bone, muscle, metal, and especially lead. Ningyuan theorizes that its Chakra-generated sight resembles, but cannot be strictly defined as, X-ray imaging. 19
To shield his Qi Sea and cultivation routes, Ningyuan creates the Glazed Robe: a thin Chakra film spread across the body. It obstructs Byakugan observation, strengthens defense, cleanses dirt and sweat as Chakra circulates, and doubles as Chakra Control and Telekinetic Power training. 19 20

Chakra Affinities
Ordinary shinobi generally inherit only one elemental affinity, while exceptional individuals may possess two or three. Ningyuan compensates for missing Wind and Earth affinities by successfully releasing the relevant elements once, then fusing all five elemental releases into Five Elements Talent, which grants him those affinities. 58 251
A Chakra nature is not restricted to a single property. Earth Release can express hardness, weight, or stickiness, while Wind Style can produce cutting, barriers, or floating. Combining multiple properties of one attribute can create secret techniques with power comparable to Kekkei Genkai. 221
