"Damn Demon Supreme, how dare he say this Empress smells!"

Inside the bathroom, Long Yue stood before the mirror, huffing as she softly cursed Lin Fan.

She was the dignified Supreme Saint Empress, born with a Celestial Immortal Embryo and an Immaculate Immortal Body. No filth in the world could come near her—how could she possibly have the sweaty stench of a mortal?!

This was the first time in her life that someone had complained about her smelling sweaty, and that person was the detestable Demon Supreme!

After cursing him, Long Yue hesitated briefly before raising her arm and carefully sniffing beneath it.

It did seem like there was the faintest little smell...

There was not even a bathtub in the bathroom, much less a wooden bathing tub. There was only a small recessed pool.

She could not even fit one foot into that little pool, and there was pitifully little water in it. It did not look like it was for bathing at all—more like it was for relieving oneself...

As Long Yue stood at a loss, Lin Fan's voice came from outside the bathroom.

"Do you see the switch on the wall that looks like a handle? Just pull it upward, and water will come out."

"This Empress knows. Don't stand so close!"

"And one more thing! You are absolutely, absolutely not allowed to come in!"

Long Yue rolled her eyes toward Lin Fan outside the bathroom door, then lightly pulled the switch on the wall as instructed.

In an instant, the showerhead hanging on the wall sprayed down a powerful stream of water.

Long Yue walked to the bathroom door and tried turning the switch. With a click, the bathroom door locked from the inside.

She turned on the shower again, and warm water poured down over her in a steady rush.

"Really! The water temperature is changing!"

Following Lin Fan's instructions, Long Yue tried turning the switch left and right. To her surprise, the temperature truly changed as the switch turned.

Inside the bathroom, Long Yue covered herself with a towel as she cautiously opened the door. Only after confirming that Lin Fan had his back to her did she quickly take the clothes from his hand through the crack in the door. Then, with a bang, she shut the bathroom door tight again.

Lin Fan helplessly shook his head.

The Empress was being so cautious, as if he were that interested...

Soon, the bathroom door opened again. Long Yue stepped out with her damp, silky hair draped over her shoulders, wearing Pikachu pajamas on top and matching pajama pants below.

"Demon Supreme... Th-this isn't clothes for children, is it?!"

Blushing furiously, Long Yue questioned Lin Fan with displeasure.

Although she had no idea what the thing printed on the clothes was, it looked adorably foolish and childish—like something only children would wear.

"Mhm, mhm. Doesn't it look pretty good?"

Lin Fan looked Long Yue up and down, nodding approvingly to himself.

"None of the other clothes seemed suitable for you, Empress. This is the set this Venerable thought suited you best, so just make do with it for now."

"Don't you think it's quite cute, Empress?"

"It is rather cute, but that word does not suit this Empress..."

Long Yue lightly raised her delicate brows, looking thoroughly embarrassed.

If anyone else in the Immortal Realm saw her like this, she really might find a hole and crawl straight into it...

If she had any other clothes to change into, she would never wear this outfit. It was far too embarrassing!
