In the early morning, dazzling sunlight spilled down, illuminating Oromi Island's beach, which had grown cool beneath the night curtain. Specks of golden light glittered across the sand, dazzling and brilliant.
The azure ocean rolled with waves that crashed against the shore, the rhythmic sound of splashing water echoing like an alarm clock. In the hotel not far from the beach, perhaps summoned by the waves, or perhaps by the sunlight, noise gradually began to rise.
Before long, the hotel doors swung open. One after another, people in swimsuits came rushing out, carrying beach balls, swim rings, sunscreen, mats, and parasols, their faces full of excitement as they charged toward the beach.
