Beneath the flood-control embankment along the riverbank, the river flowed silently. Above it, a great bridge lay quietly over the banks like a giant dragon, connecting the eastern and western sides of the city.
There were not many vehicles in the city, but people came and went. Rushing pedestrians could be seen everywhere on the sidewalks.
Streets, malls, parks, plazas...
People relaxing and passing the time were everywhere...
