'City of Different Eras'...
On the vast streets that gathered the styles of every era, identical-looking girls—nearly the same in appearance, height, figure, and expression—moved back and forth in lively groups.
Flocks of little birds flew through the skies above the streets, their chirping ringing out again and again, filling the entire 'City of Different Eras' with vibrant life.
Sunlight illuminated this city of different eras, while the shadows of its buildings slowly changed shape. Some reflected onto the ground, some spread across the forest in the distance, some covered the identical girls, while others were completely hidden away, appearing unusually blurred.
Though the sun hung high in the sky, not a single one of the Misaka Sisters in the 'City of Different Eras' was sweating.
That was because the barrier covering the entire 'City of Different Eras' did not block sunlight, moonlight, starlight, and the like, but neither did it allow everything into the city.
At the very least, when it came to temperature, the 'City of Different Eras' basically maintained a pleasantly warm climate. The temperature did not fluctuate much, and if the sunlight became too intense, it would be controlled within an appropriate range before the barrier allowed the adjusted sunlight in. Thus, the streets of the 'City of Different Eras' were never short of people each day. With such a comfortable temperature, the Misaka Sisters had no excuse not to go out. Once one entered the streets, one could see Misaka Sisters chatting everywhere, creating an especially warm atmosphere.
