A dull crash, like a clap of thunder, echoed through the entire Scarlet Devil Mansion, filling the Fairy Maids who had been about to start work with terror and throwing them into chaos.
Not long ago, a similarly muffled sound had suddenly rung out in the Scarlet Devil Mansion. Immediately afterward, the mansion's second young mistress, who had always stayed in the basement, had run away from home, nearly turning the entire mansion upside down.
