Marisa rode her broom through the sky at incredible speed, arriving above Hakurei Shrine before jumping straight off it.
Ignoring her skirt fluttering wildly from the high-altitude leap, Marisa landed nimbly before the shrine gates and shoved them open.
"Yo! Reimu! I came to see you da☆ze!"
Reimu, who was sitting at the kotatsu table drinking tea, seemed to have known Marisa was coming. She glanced at the carefree witch standing in the doorway, then ignored Marisa's broad grin and leisurely continued sipping her tea.
Marisa froze all over for a moment, then immediately started shouting in displeasure.
"Hey, I came all this way out of kindness to see you! Fine if you don't appreciate it, but you're actually ignoring me? That's too much..."
"You said it yourself—you wanted to come see me. I didn't invite you. Whether I want to welcome you is my business. If you don't like it, leave..."
"You're being awfully cold to a friend who came to visit you..." Marisa huffed, tossed aside her broom, strode over to the opposite side of the table, and sat down.
"You're just like that husband of yours. Last time I went to see him, he threw me out for no reason too. So annoying..."
"How many times do I have to tell you? He isn't my husband!" Reimu simply closed her eyes, cradled her teacup, and took another contented sip.
"Besides, compared to him, I've been very nice to you. I only ignored you instead of throwing you out!"
"I'm saying you're both way too cold!" The angrier Marisa became, the thirstier she got. She grabbed the teapot in front of her and was about to pour herself a cup.
