Around a hall in the deepest part of the royal palace, a dense crowd had surrounded the hall, all kinds of light flashing from their bodies.
On the outermost perimeter stood the Misaka Sisters, each wearing a Circuit Suit and equipped with an 'r-unit'!
All five thousand Misaka Sisters were present, forming the largest legion. They stood on the outside, tightly encircling the hall, their slender hands raised toward it as threads of mana rippled over them.
That was not the mana used by mages of the Sparlier World or magicians from other worlds. It was a type of energy used to operate Manifestation Devices, and that energy was called mana.
The Misaka Sisters continuously generated mana through the 'r-units' on their bodies, then used that mana to create 'ry (Territory)', completely covering the hall at the center in a thick layer of 'ry (Territory)' and sealing it airtight.
Standing before the legion of five thousand Misaka Sisters was a group of people clad either in armor or robes. They varied in age, appearance, height, and gender. Compared to the uniform Misaka Sisters, they looked utterly mismatched, yet the battle qi and mana surging from them bore a similar aura to the generated mana rippling from the Misaka Sisters.
The similarity referred to their intensity.
Clearly, although this diverse group could not compare to the Misaka Sisters in uniformity, each of them was no weaker than any individual Misaka Sister!
However, their numbers were far inferior. There were only around three or four hundred of them, nowhere close to the five thousand Misaka Sisters.
Yet now, these people also raised their hands toward the hall. Streams of battle qi and mana constantly surged
