Even from the farthest point away from the Crimson Jade Palace, people could vaguely make out a corner of its roof. Like a bell tower rising into the clouds, it stretched endlessly upward. If a player could fly through the boundless sky outside the enormous floating castle Aincrad, they would see a long needle at its summit...

That was the roof of the Crimson Jade Palace!

Under the sunlight, its vivid red surface reflected not even the slightest trace of any other sheen. Its nerve-rattling design stood utterly at odds with the surrounding buildings. Like a proud giant disdaining the company of all else, its roof thrust toward the heavens as though it wished to pierce the sky itself, filling people with an extraordinary sense of awe...

Standing before the Crimson Jade Palace and gazing at this scarlet structure that resembled a palace of the gods, everyone was deeply shaken. They involuntarily looked up, yet could not recover their senses for a long while, remaining silent. Even if their hearts brimmed with feelings as lofty as the sky, not a single person present could find a word to express their emotions... Clearly, there were stone stair towers in the labyrinth areas taller than the Crimson Jade Palace, and the players present had mostly seen castles and fortresses more magnificent than the structure before them. Yet none of those could compare to the Crimson Jade Palace in their hearts, leaving them rooted to the spot.
