After all, Itogami Island was an artificial island, and its area was only so large. Once buildings covered it all, there would be no possibility of expansion. That was also why so many additional artificial islands had been built around Itogami Island, used to handle things like garbage, so the land on Itogami Island would not face such severe demand.
Perhaps because consideration had been given to Itogami Island's status as a Demon District, the few shopping centers it had occupied vast areas and were far from small in scale. Basically, anything needed for daily life could be found in a shopping center. Clothes, food, entertainment goods—everything was available, making things very convenient.
