Background / History

The Spirit Race once occupied Element Star, one of the four Original Chaos Stars. During the Ancient War of the Gods, they were among the four High-Dimensional Races that united against the Source Race. Later conflicts left them as vassals of the Heavenly Race before their near-extinction; survivors escaped through the Sole Passage and preserved their bloodline in the Hongmeng Cosmic Sea. Element Star was destroyed and became the Third Realm of the High-Dimensional Battlefield 765 920.

After returning to the High-Dimensional Universe, the Spirit Race sought to regain a territorial foothold. They joined and guided the Self-Improvement Alliance, using its member races as immediate military strength while pursuing ownerless giant Chaotic Worlds for themselves 783 862.

Their scheme in the Hiding Saint World relied on Saint Spirit Statues and Innate Spirit Gathering Arrays to harvest Innate Energy across multiple realms. Spirit Art Conversion Arrays transferred that energy into Storage Spirit Vaults, enabling a Spirit Art Grand Formation and the Five Spirits Refining God Array to forcefully refine a Chaotic World without relying on normal compatibility or affinity requirements 814 830 833.
