Outside, a white-haired elder declared Xu Fan his brother and had his disciples call Xu Fan their Martial Uncle; back at the Hidden Spirit Sect, Xu Fan realized the elder had spent his lifespan to raise a Grand Unity Saint and wished that power had been his own.

• After Jian Wuji obtained the Acquired Spirit Treasure, the Spirit Gathering Ancient Array collapsed and the surrounding True Immortals collected its Immortal Spirit Liquid.
• Jian Wuji offered the treasure’s core to Xu Fan, who deferred discussing it until they returned to the sect and led everyone toward the exit.

• A Human Race squad summoned a giant made of yellow sand, which destroyed the Wood Origin Race’s forests until a huge vine crushed it and wounded the squad.
• The Human Race commander ordered a retreat as the Wood Origin Race renewed its attack and vines spread across the battlefield.
• A gigantic vine rose behind the Human Race forces and confronted their commander, who said he had anticipated the attempt to cut off their retreat.

Xu Gang and Xiong Li arrived as the Human Race prepared to retreat from a battle against a larger Wood Origin Race force. Xu Gang’s immense Divine Ability struck the enemy rear without harming the Human Race front line, and the commander prepared to counterattack.

• The Sword Immortal severed the Wood Origin Race commander’s vine attack, allowing the Human Race army to retreat in an orderly fashion.
• Xu Gang and Xiong Li offered to help the Human Race commander, who agreed to assess their abilities when they arrived.
