The Imperial Palace of Rapid Steel Star was the central seat of the Rapid Steel Clan. Within the clan's imperial palace, three great halls were the most renowned: the Great Divine Hall of Rapid Steel, the Hall of Saints, and the Hall of Kings.
The Great Divine Hall of Rapid Steel was used only when the Lord of Rapid Steel convened court. While the Lord of Rapid Steel was in seclusion, the Hall of Saints held the reins of power. The Hall of Kings handled all manner of concrete affairs and carried out the will of the Great Divine Hall of Rapid Steel and the Hall of Saints.
The Great Divine Hall of Rapid Steel and the Hall of Saints remained closed year-round. In truth, the Rapid Steel Empire's affairs were largely controlled by the Hall of Kings.
The princes and princesses of the Lord of Rapid Steel all fought over the throne of the King of Rapid Steel, the controller of the Hall of Kings.
Though the King of Rapid Steel had to deal with countless burdensome mundane affairs, he also enjoyed the support of the Rapid Steel Clan's boundless resources. The position of King of Rapid Steel was also one of the places most likely to produce a Saint Spirit Warlock within the clan.
Within the Hall of Saints sat one overwhelmingly powerful Saint Spirit Warlock after another. So long as the Lord of Rapid Steel did not emerge, they were the rulers of the entire Rapid Steel Clan.
