Ferocious Beasts contained alien bloodlines within their bodies. Swallowing their flesh raw could rapidly stimulate the growth of the young.
Once the young reached a suitable size, dedicated demons sent them into the bloodline chamber and brutally injected them with Subject Zero Elixir. Three outcomes followed.
Their bloodlines mutated, then collapsed, killing them. They were dragged back to the breeding chamber to become food.
The fusion succeeded, but their minds became deranged and they turned into Ferocious Beasts, joining the Fox King's Ferocious Beast legion.
They reverted to their ancestors and became demons, gaining inheritances. They could choose to obey the Fox King or leave Sky Fox Abyss to claim a mountain and rule as kings elsewhere.
