This was Fairy Zhiruo's book review, for everyone to appreciate together.
The battle at the Indeterminate River had finally come to an end. Looking back, of the seven factions that entered the Indeterminate River, only half a faction remained.
1. The two cultivators from the Heavenly Ingenuity Sect. The weakest group, yet they had started fighting among themselves first, losing one of their own. The remaining one was then taken turns on by Lin Xuan and the octopus. Tragic—truly tragic.
2. The Ancient Octopus Beast. He could be considered a native inhabitant, a local. He had originally succeeded in advancing and cultivated a human form, riding high on the spring breeze, yet in the blink of an eye he was destroyed at the hands of an evil monk from the Ten Thousand Buddhas Sect. The world was truly unpredictable.
3. The great monk of the Ten Thousand Buddhas Sect. After a bitter battle, he took down the Octopus Monster, only to let the Mysterious Venerable of the Nine Heavens, that major extra, exploit an opening. The magpie seized the dove's nest, successfully possessing his body. He died without rhyme or reason; even before the Buddha, he would have no way to explain himself.
4. The Mysterious Venerable of the Nine Heavens. He had waited a million years, only to wait for a disciple strong enough to murder his master. He was instantly killed by his disciple's ghost pet, leaving not even a complete corpse behind. What a loss of face.
5. Nine-Heads and his group. Their strength had been formidable: one Lihe Realm cultivator, one Transformation Late Stage cultivator, and one leader of the Seven Great Sects. Yet they all fell together by the banks of the Indeterminate River. When they came, they surely had not possessed such awareness.
