The staff member asked curiously, "What are you doing?"
"Seeing how tired you are, I'm helping you lift it."
"Lift? Lifting means putting your damn strength upward. Why are you pushing downward?"
"Just a little joke, hahaha! Hurry up, let the dead rest in peace, let the dead rest in peace."
Jimmy urged them on and placed Li Jiahao's body onto the tray.
The cremator door opened, and the tray carrying the body slid into the furnace with a clatter. The door slammed shut, and the staff member turned the switch.
Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh. Blazing flames sprayed in from twelve directions, engulfing Li Jiahao's body.
"Buddy, let bygones be bygones. Rest in peace." Jimmy watched the roaring flames, his left hand covering his right. No one noticed the bluish fingerprint that had appeared on his right hand.
Half an hour later, the tray came out of the furnace.
Many people thought cremation would leave behind a pile of ashes, but that was not actually the case.
The cremator's temperature was extremely high. Under normal circumstances, after a body was cremated, the vast majority of its tissues would burn away completely.
