The Time-Space Stasis Bomb was technology from the Omni-Potential Force branch. In truth, it followed the same technological path as Gravity Manipulation, only more profound and more demanding of industrial manufacturing capabilities.
It did not literally stop time or freeze space. Rather, it artificially created the effect of time-space stasis.
Such phenomena already existed naturally in the universe—velocity and mass.
Near a massive celestial body, time flowed at a different rate than it did on Earth. Science fiction often made use of this, such as astronauts spending a few minutes near a black hole while their loved ones on Earth suffered through decades.
Velocity worked the same way. The closer a person came to the speed of light, the slower time passed for them relative to a slower reference frame.
Why was that?
Why did time slow down?
In truth, through the lens of Omni-Potential Force technology, everything was quite simple. Whether massive celestial bodies or objects moving at near-light speed, they were merely specific manifestations within the macroscopic material world. The true cause of time dilation was the Omni-Potential Force tensor coefficient of an object within that region of space.
The Omni-Potential Force tensor was the combined expression of Universal Gravitation and the Universal Conquest Force. In mathematical calculations, the stronger the gravitational effect, the lower the tensor coefficient. The stronger the conquest force effect, the higher the tensor coefficient.
Near a more massive celestial body, its Omni-Potential Force tensor coefficient would decrease. The spatial constants changed accordingly, the speed of light slowed as well, and time slowed with it. Conversely, if the tensor coefficient was raised, the expression of the Universal Conquest Force would strengthen, the speed of light would increase, and time would flow faster.
