Gravity Cannon Barrage?
What Gravity Cannon Barrage?
The adjutant's face was full of confusion, because he had no idea what kind of weapon the commander was talking about. As far as he knew, nothing like this existed in the world. Had the commander issued an order for nothing?
But then the adjutant's expression changed. From a remote corner of the hall, within the darkness, a respectful voice immediately rang out. "Yes, commander. Activating the Gravity Cannon now."
When had there been someone there?
And what was that person doing?
And there really was a Gravity Cannon?
I know nothing.
Looking at this commander who had regained his youth, the adjutant's fear deepened another layer, and he suppressed all his earlier little schemes. "Commander, may I ask, this Gravity Cannon Barrage is..."
The commander calmly clapped his hands. A man in a white lab coat emerged from the darkness.
This man's head was extraordinarily huge. His eyes bulged so badly that his eyeballs looked as though they were about to be squeezed from their sockets. The hair on his head was sparse, while the back of his skull protruded into a massive structure like an alien's. His scalp was translucent, and beneath it, countless brain-like tissues could actually be seen bouncing and writhing, an utterly revolting sight.
In a somewhat deranged voice, the man explained, "The Gravity Cannon is a brand-new kind of shell. Once fired by an electromagnetic railgun, it can achieve an initial velocity of Mach 25."
"This shell is equipped with Gravity Field deflection technology. It can negate the effects of planetary gravity and will not slow down as its altitude increases. At the same time, it can use its own Gravity Field to correct its trajectory."
"Because it has no conventional propulsion system and rapidly cools after
