Chaotic Space-Time.
As the name implied, time and space here were both disordered. The creatures one saw here might very well be shadows left behind hundreds or even thousands of years ago, while a single step could carry one into an entirely different stretch of space-time.
However, the White Bone Ancestral Lord Zhou Tong had seen before had spent who knew how many tens of thousands of years probing this place and had long since figured out most of its rules. Having obtained those rules, Zhou Tong naturally had an understanding of this place as well.
Zhou Tong pressed onward, seeing many prehistoric creatures along the way. They were creatures left behind from the previous age of civilization, long extinct in the outside world. Only such chaotic space-time had a chance of preserving them.
As he advanced, Zhou Tong also encountered some dangerous things, such as Slaughter Light and Ancestral God Killing Intent—things capable of harming Ancestral Gods. Yet without exception, they all became Zhou Tong's spoils. After refining them, he put them away, intending to take them back to the Shrouding the Heavens World for study someday.
As he moved onward, the surrounding space-time rippled like water. Zhou Tong forcibly opened one stretch of space-time after another. When he broke through the last one, the view before him suddenly opened up.
It was a desolate expanse of land. The ground was bare and utterly barren, vast and lonely.
"Chaotic Space-Time has been opened up. The next stretch of the journey will be much easier!" Zhou Tong continued onward.
Before long, Zhou Tong discovered some ruins.
The instant Zhou Tong arrived, a battered metal humanoid burst out from beneath the ruins. It held a firearm resembling a modern weapon in its hand. In an instant, the gun erupted with a
