Lin Mo stared at the blonde girl before him in surprise.
Just moments ago, he had been wondering who could possibly be inside this Secret Realm. He had even considered the possibility that the necromancer had arranged some backup here in advance.
He had never expected it to be her.
Then again, given how complicated this Secret Realm was, it would have been impossible for anyone to lie in wait for him here.
So now, the question was...
"Why are you here?"
They asked the question almost simultaneously. Lin Mo paused, then smiled knowingly. "I think it was for the same reason."
After a brief exchange, it turned out that Eve and the others had also been attacked by undead creatures. While the undead on their side had not been as outrageous as the ones Lin Mo faced, they had still been powerful—at least, powerful enough for them.
Eve had done everything she could to hold back the Level 12 undead creature and let her companions escape. Afterward, she had intended to use her speed advantage to shake off her opponent and find a chance to regroup with them. But unexpectedly, several more undead creatures had appeared along the way to surround and intercept her.
Left with no choice, she had abandoned the idea of regrouping. Under the undead creatures' relentless pursuit and blockades, she had struggled to break through their encirclement. Then, by sheer coincidence, she had come across the entrance to the Secret Realm and rushed in without hesitation.
Her experience was somewhat similar to Lin Mo's. However, it seemed she had entered the Secret Realm much earlier than he had.
He wondered whether anyone else might accidentally enter later...
Probably not. The entrance to a Secret Realm was not something one stumbled upon easily.
