I'm very troubled by this plot. I've said before that when it comes to the Origin Continent arc, it was impossible for the protagonist to switch maps through the usual leveling-up formula—dominating the Cosmic Sea, then going to a completely unfamiliar setting and becoming a nobody again. Especially in a fanfic, that kind of writing would be meaningless.
I had to make some adjustments, and this was the only approach I could think of.
But the Three Thousand Dimensional Cosmic Sea and the Origin Continent were concepts mentioned only in the final chapter of the original work. There was no such thing as an original setting for them. I could only make up many things myself, yet there was not much room for free invention. I wrote very cautiously, and many parts also needed to reference Tomato's later work, "Swallowed Star."
Yet while writing it, I could clearly feel that some readers did not know much about the original novel's content regarding Boundary Beasts. Their comments were rather subjective; they felt this was my own altered setting and that I was poisoning the story. That truly troubled me greatly.
"Furthermore, since Boundary Beasts are so noble, they naturally possess incomparably great intelligence," Mountain Master said. "Do you know what poses the least threat to Boundary Beasts in the Cosmic Sea?"
Luo Feng asked in confusion, "The least threat?"
"The Primordial Universe!" Mountain Master laughed. "The Primordial Universe poses the least threat."
"Teacher, what do you mean..." Luo Feng's eyes lit up. He understood somewhat.
Mountain Master laughed heartily. "When Boundary Beasts attack any Small Universe, they will face retaliation. Whether it is the two great Holy Lands or the many Small Universes, it will provoke the frantic counterattacks of numerous powerful beings. But if they attack the Primordial Universe,
