After settling the scientists they had brought back, Doflamingo returned to Alabasta with Hancock and the others.
It had been nighttime when they arrived, but by the time they returned to Alabasta from Sky Island through the Door-Door Fruit, daylight had already broken.
The scientists had mainly taken quite a while to familiarize themselves with all sorts of research equipment. As the place where the descendants of the Lunarians lived, Sky Island had yielded Doflamingo quite a few valuable finds. The scientists were also delighted, eager to begin their research.
"Finally, we're back!" Hancock stretched lazily. Her lovely figure was already beginning to take shape, drawing lustful looks from some of the people at the docks.
Seeing this, a proud smile appeared on Hancock's face.

Two voices rang out. A girl with green hair and an unusually large head, along with an orange-haired girl, came over with smiles on their faces as they looked at Hancock.
"Did your trip go well, Sister?"
"You seem even prettier than before!"
"Of course. I am Hancock, after all," Hancock said as if it were only natural.
"Ah! It's Miss Shinobu!"
"Miss Shinobu is here again? She's so cute!"
"Miss Shinobu, I love you!"
Hancock's face visibly darkened at once. She glared resentfully at the approaching Shinobu.
Although Hancock's charm had begun to emerge, she still fell a little short of Shinobu, who was currently at the height of a woman's beauty. If Hancock were already eighteen or nineteen, she might have surpassed Shinobu in charm. Unfortunately, she was still just a little girl.
"Sister Shinobu really is so cool."
"Sister, I'm sure you'll surpass her someday."
