Many people had said that the Flower Country was a nation Oda created with China as its prototype. However, after taking a careful look around, Alonso did not find much of a Chinese style here.

Nearly all the surrounding nations had some sort of grudge against the Flower Country.
But over the past two or three years, the nations that had been constantly at war with the Flower Country had suddenly weakened for some unknown reason. Now they had been beaten into a complete rout by the Flower Country. If not for the World Government's rule forbidding the annexation of Member States, those remaining countries would likely have long since been swallowed up by the Flower Country.
