"Oh? So your CP0 organization is pretty impressive."
"Of course... Who's there?!" The CP0 Special Agent looked up in surprise and spotted Enel sitting atop the mast.
"You actually managed to evade my senses! What pirate crew are you from?"
"Evade your senses?" A sneer appeared on Enel's face. "It was just an electromagnetic light-bending barrier. Anyone with even a little Observation Haki should have been able to detect it!"
"As a member of CP0, you don't even know Observation Haki? You're unbelievably weak!"
Naturally, Enel had no idea that the great explosion at Mary Geoise three years ago had nearly wiped out all of CP0's experts. The CP0 agents who came afterward had been transferred in from other intelligence organizations and put through a period of intensive training before forming the new shield of the Celestial Dragons: CP0.
For that very reason, the current CP0 was far less formidable than before. Even agents who had merely mastered the Six Powers and knew no Haki could join.
"Damn it, don't look down on me!" The agent flew into a rage and raised his hand, firing a Flying Finger Pistol.
Enel smiled faintly. Lightning flickered across his body, and he vanished from the agent's sight in an instant.
"So fast! Could he be a Logia?" The CP0 agent's expression was hidden behind his mask, but his voice had become extremely grave.
He did not know Armament Haki. If his opponent truly possessed a Logia like the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, then no matter how he thought about it, he was no match for him.
"It's not Logia elementalization. I'm merely using lightning to stimulate my body." Enel's voice came from behind him. "You can't even see my movement speed. Is this really all the World Government's strongest intelligence organization amounts to?"
