Under Nami's command, and with the help of two Jet Wind Shells, the boat soon arrived at Cocoyasi Village.
The closer they got to Cocoyasi Village, the more serious Nami's expression became. The atmosphere aboard the small boat gradually turned oppressive as well.
Doflamingo let out a soft sigh. He knew how much hatred Nami had been suppressing in her heart. Anything he said now would probably fall on deaf ears.
Only after she truly wiped out all those fish-men would she likely be able to emerge from this shadow.
"I can feel them!" Nami opened her eyes. Her expression twisted for an instant, and her entire body transformed into a streak of lightning as she shot toward the shore.
This was not electromagnetic-field teleportation. She had simply elementalized herself and traveled in lightning form, with her maximum speed depending on her own reaction speed.
Though it was not as powerful as electromagnetic-field teleportation, as a mode of movement limited only by reaction speed, it took her just a few seconds to cross the sea and reach the island.
Then, within Doflamingo's Observation Haki, a fierce battle suddenly erupted in the center of the island.
"We should hurry over too." Narrowing his eyes, Doflamingo casually waved a hand, turning distance into something illusory. The small boat flickered across the sea as if teleporting and arrived directly at the dock.
He glanced at the nearby ship. Its pirate flag bore the image of a great white shark skull. Doflamingo muttered, "The stragglers from Fish-Man Island? As expected, Neptune is completely unreliable."
From Doflamingo's perspective, anyone who plotted to overthrow his kingdom, assassinate his queen, and openly promote separatism on Fish-Man Island would be dragged out and burned alive on the spot, their head hung from a flagpole to warn everyone else.
