The Pirate World was, in fact, extremely rich in resources. Otherwise, it could never have supported so many enormous animals.
Not to mention the Sea Kings in the ocean, gigantic beasts had never been scarce on the various islands either. All of this proved just how abundant the resources were.
Of course, abundant resources were one thing; whether ordinary people could make use of them was another matter entirely. Most of the time, these plentiful "resources" ate people.
A powerhouse like Doflamingo naturally had no such worries. To him, there were only a handful of animals in the entire Pirate World that could threaten him.
Relying on his precise Observation Haki, Doflamingo quickly found several large sea beasts and smaller Sea Kings beneath the waves. He then killed them underwater with Flying Slashes.
Once they floated to the surface, they were dragged ashore by boat. In just over half an hour, a mountain of meat had piled up along the coast.
Afterward, Doflamingo, in a rare display before outsiders, showed off his cooking skills.
He made soup from the bones, braised or grilled the meat, and turned the organs into offal pies. Fortunately, Doflamingo was now a top-tier powerhouse. After several hours of work, with everyone helping him out, he finally finished preparing the massive mountain of meat on the beach.
While Doflamingo cooked, the rich aroma spread through more than half the town. Drawn by the scent, Dressrosa's residents had all gathered around.
"Slurp, slurp." Kikyo sucked in her drool as she secretly reached for a huge offal pie, only for Doflamingo to smack her over the head with his sword sheath.
"Eat, eat, eat. I never saw you helping while I was cooking—you only know how to eat! Get over here and help serve the food!"
