At this moment, a large number of shipwrights at the Seventh Shipyard were fighting the Cyclops Pirates.
Calling it a fight was generous; they were really just being toyed with by the Cyclops Pirates.
"Hey-hah-hah-hah-hah-hah, boys, you're not trying hard enough!"
"Is it really taking you this long to deal with a few shipwrights?"
The Cyclops Pirates had more than twenty pirates in total. Excluding the few officers and the captain who had not joined the fray, there were only around a dozen ordinary pirates fighting.
Meanwhile, the entire Seventh Shipyard had at least a hundred shipwrights. Every one of them was a broad-shouldered, burly man, wielding all kinds of tools as weapons.
However, while those fighting were merely rank-and-file pirates, anyone recruited by an elite-focused Pirate Crew like the Cyclops Pirates was no weaker than an ordinary pirate worth several million in bounty. Against a group of common shipwrights, they naturally sent them sprawling with ease.
At the very back of the officers overseeing the scene stood a bald, muscular man with only one right eye. He was over three meters tall, his entire body packed with bulging muscles.
His upper body was completely bare, with only a few straps crossing it. A double-bladed battle axe rested on his back, while he wore nothing below but leather pants. He looked like a barbarian.
Although the shipwrights were being beaten badly, there were many of them. Coupled with the Pirate World's naturally tough-skinned people, they could still hold off the lackeys for the moment.
At that moment, the one-eyed, muscular man standing at the rear showed a trace of impatience and said, "Enough. Stop wasting time here. All of you, fall back!"
The moment he spoke, the previously excited pirate officers fell silent. The dozen or so lackeys scrambled away from the battlefield in terror.
Having finally caught their breath, the shipwrights immediately turned wary eyes toward the captain of the Cyclops Pirates, the renowned "Cyclops" Buck.
The burly man casually reached into a leather pouch at his waist and pulled out a stone the size of an egg, a cruel smile appearing on his face.
"Have a taste of this, little darlings!"
With a flick of his hand, he threw out the egg-sized pebble. Confusion filled the faces of the shipwrights, who could not understand the pirate captain's strange move.
The goose-egg-sized stone grew as it flew through the air. Under the terrified gazes of the shipwrights, it quickly transformed into a boulder as large as a house and came crashing down like a landslide.
For a moment, screams and thunderous crashes erupted throughout the shipyard. The boulder instantly flattened several shipwrights, then rolled onward, grinding out a dark-red trail of blood as severed limbs scattered everywhere.
"Hand over the Seastone Warship immediately! Don't force me to start slaughtering people." Buck's expression was cold as he looked at the shipyard's director, a white-haired old man.
"How? How did you know about the Seastone Warship?" The old man, who had lost an arm in the earlier battle, wore a look of utter terror.
The Seastone Warship produced by the Seventh Shipyard was the first Seastone Warship built by the Navy, an experimental vessel constructed according to Vegapunk's blueprints.
This was a genuine Navy secret. The shipyard director had never imagined that a Pirate Crew would know of it.
"Hmph! Stop stalling for time. You and I both know perfectly well how strong the Navy in Water 7 is. Expecting them to save you? You might as well pray for the Water Gods to arrive right now!"
"I'll ask you one more time—which one is the Seastone Warship?"
There were seven or eight warships docked in the shipyard's harbor. Since the Sea Stone was embedded in their hulls, all seven or eight vessels looked nearly identical, and Buck could not tell which one was the real Seastone Warship.
"Don't make me laugh. That is a cross-generational creation capable of passing through the Calm Belt. How could we possibly hand it over to a pirate like you?" The white-haired old man was quite resolute as he answered stiffly.
"Hmph! Do you think that can stop me?"
A chilling glint flashed in Buck's eyes as he reached out and pulled out another stone, nearly the size of an ordinary person's fist.
Panic inevitably appeared in the eyes of everyone in the shipyard. An egg-sized stone had just turned into a boulder as large as a house. How large would a palm-sized stone become when thrown? And who could possibly withstand it?
"Pirates, your end has come!"
Just as Buck was about to strike, a righteous voice suddenly rang out from behind him.
"Hm?" Buck turned around and saw Captain Alexander charging over with a group of Marines.
"I never expected you to come here to die," Buck said with a strange expression.
"Haha, do you think I'd tell you that our branch has just received a super rookie, a secret weapon... Damn it, you cunning pirate! You tricked me into talking!" Captain Alexander only realized it after he had finished speaking.
Doflamingo's mouth twitched. Get used to it, get used to it. He's your superior. You can't chop him up, you can't chop him up.
Do you have relatives named Hannibal or Sentomaru or something?!
Buck's face visibly twitched as well. Behind him, the pirate officers collectively let out an "Eek!"
"Boss, they have a secret weapon! Let's retreat!"
"So scary, so scary! Could it be the legendary Ancient Weapon?"
"Waaah, I'm still young! I don't want to die yet!"
The pirate officers were filled with panic. Several of them were even trembling all over in fright.
Doflamingo kept his face straight again, though it felt as if ten thousand alpacas were stampeding through his heart. He suddenly felt that he still did not understand the Pirate World well enough.
I often feel utterly out of place with you people because I'm not bizarre enough.jpg
"Enough!" Buck roared angrily. "You think you can scare me? Impossible! Let me show you Captain Buck's strongest power!"
No, he just let it slip. He wasn't trying to scare you at all, Doflamingo silently complained.
As he spoke, Captain Buck took the double-bladed axe from his back and gripped it in his hand.
"Witness my ultimate move, Spinning Wheel!"
With a roar, Captain Buck spun into a whirlwind. Driven by the tremendous inertia, the giant axe carried incomparable force, and then... flew out.
It really flew out. After spinning a few times, Buck released his grip, and the entire double-bladed giant axe hurtled toward the Marines while spinning at high speed.
"Damn! So your ultimate move is just throwing a projectile!"
Watching the enormous double-bladed axe spinning toward them, Doflamingo drew his fast blade and unleashed a Flying Slash.
Then he saw the already enormous double-bladed axe grow larger and larger. In the end, it nearly filled the entire sky, crashing toward them like a small mountain.
