Chapter Summaries

After Dragon sent most of the former slaves home, Doflamingo gathered the remaining group to decide their next steps. He chose Alabasta as the base for building their forces and planned to begin by developing underground operations there.

• Tiger led several fish-man slaves to form the Sun Pirates, while Dragon sent the other former slaves back to their hometowns.
• Doflamingo asked Hancock, her sisters, Tesoro, Stella, and Shinobu what they planned to do; Hancock chose to stay with him for training.
• Doflamingo ruled out establishing a base in the New World and decided to build his forces on the Grand Line.
