The Demon God instance differed from the previous Fallen Mad Beast and Heavenly Tribulation instances. This Instance Mission had only two difficulties: Purgatory Mode and Nightmare Mode. The former allowed a maximum of 1,000 players. According to the system's recommendation, not only did all thousand participants need to have reached their ninth advancement, but more than half of them should preferably be Dual Profession players. This alone showed that this Instance Mission was somewhat more difficult than Heavenly Tribulation.
