Although construction on the blacksmith shop had begun, it was still far from complete—and in Gawain's plans, this wooden building was fundamentally nothing like what people in this world understood a "blacksmith shop" to be. He only called it that for the time being so everyone could understand.
He intended to name the place Cecil Ironworks...
As the territory's only blacksmith at present, Old Hammer was deeply puzzled by the "blacksmith shop" Your Grace had ordered built. In his view, the structure occupied an unnecessarily vast area. Aside from an extraordinarily large wooden building, it also included an open space a hundred meters long and wide, as well as a wooden shed with only a few supports erected so far. Calling such an enormous facility a "blacksmith shop" seemed utterly inappropriate, but he did not dare say that the renowned Founding Grand Duke was an ignorant amateur giving blind orders—though that was exactly what he thought. He absolutely did not dare say it aloud.
