The Land of No Law. I was here again. Evenson looked at the scene before him. Sure enough, it was still a complete mess. Though he was a Sorcerer and normally lived in the United States, that was, after all, a relatively orderly place. Suddenly arriving in such a chaotic land still left him somewhat unaccustomed to it.
He even felt—no, he was almost certain—that no matter how bad this place was, how much worse could it get? It was nothing more than this.
As for why he had come here, naturally, it was official business by order. Back then, he had offered Frigga a suggestion, and she had readily agreed after hearing it. He had thought that since he had given his idea and she had approved it, there would be nothing left for him to do, and he could finally relax.

Naturally, Evenson could not leave out a flattering remark. "None is wiser than the Heavenly Queen."
But what Frigga said next was, "In order to properly employ and thoroughly carry out this plan, I believe it would be most appropriate for its proposer to execute it personally."
What?! Evenson was dumbfounded on the spot. Wasn't that just telling him to do it? So not only did he have to come up with the idea, he had to put it into practice himself? That made no sense! As far as he remembered, Asgard had never paid him a salary!
"Listen. Though I do not wish to trouble you excessively, and I know you will certainly have grievances, you must understand that negotiation makes up a large part of your plan.
