If the design was flawed, then so be it. But if this technology succeeded, the entire Fel Scar Rift and this ship would all be running on hybrid spirit cores.
Not bad. This counted as an energy reform, a new energy initiative. It seemed even demons had to answer the call for new energy. At the very least, it would reduce the consumption of their Soul Crystal reserves.
And in keeping with the style of Burning Legion demons, the main modification to this aircraft carrier naturally focused on increasing its firepower. Fortunately, Serpent Shield had also placed great importance on that when building this ship. The triple-barreled giant cannons on the deck and the high-precision superguns suspended below only needed to be converted into Fel weapons.
The only things that needed to be newly manufactured were four enormous Fel Cannons. Since the ship's power system had changed, its original four massive turbine engines had become redundant, so Gernos had mounted the cannons in their place. Seeing bores wide enough to fit Evenson sideways into them was rather reassuring.
Of course, as the true owner of this aircraft carrier, Evenson offered some guiding opinions despite not understanding the technology. However, as the representative figure of the cowardly school among Sorcerers of the Evenson branch, Evenson Richter's suggestions all emphasized maneuverability and defense.
Being able to fight was certainly best, but the most important thing was being able to run. And if they really could not run, they had to be able to withstand the hits. That was the top priority!
Thus, all the decks of this aircraft carrier were first reinforced with Burning Legion technology. That was only natural. After all, this ship was meant to roam the battlefield of space, so its original armor, designed to handle conventional weapons below
