Coulson's team had not been idle lately. They had cracked one major case after another, making it seem as though the entire S.H.I.E.L.D. had no one left but their team.

One of those cases that people talked about most involved a former subordinate Coulson had trained, a Black female agent named Adoma. After being captured during an operation, she had been fitted with a mechanical prosthetic eye equipped with a self-destruct function.

From then on, the former female S.H.I.E.L.D. agent became a puppet under someone else's control, receiving orders in text form through that mechanical eye. She had been targeted because she had recently robbed diamonds worth tens of millions on a subway in Sweden.

After Coulson's team stepped in, they discovered that the diamonds were merely funds the female agent used to acquire intelligence. Following the trail, they eventually uncovered her true objective: under orders from a mysterious organization, she was to infiltrate a secret research facility and steal a mysterious equation being studied there, along with a pattern resembling an architectural model.

Although the team outwitted their opponents, successfully rescued Agent Adoma, foiled the mysterious organization's operation, and even found the person directing Adoma, that handler was promptly silenced. The mysterious organization vanished without a trace once more.

Because the case was bizarre, convoluted, and full of twists and turns, it was ultimately filed under the name Agent Coulson: The Sky Eye Killer!

During this case, Skye, who had recently joined the team, fully demonstrated the importance of an information technology specialist. She actively offered advice and played no small role in cracking the case. Everyone felt that the stimulation Evenson had given her last time was developing in a positive direction. Before long, this female hacker would grow into an agent people could trust.
