Gu Yuan said, "Brother Soul, I have one condition as well. Xun'er and Xiu'er's first child must take the surname Gu. As you know, I have no son, only one daughter. My vast Gu Clan needs an heir, does it not?"

"Good." Soul Emperor nodded and agreed.

"Someone, bring brush and ink!" Soul Emperor shouted. He felt especially pleased today. Gu Yuan was delivering good things right to his doorstep one after another; he could not refuse even if he wanted to!

He could not say it aloud.
