Han Yu led Zheng Tian Academy through the tournament, using his abilities to defeat Shrek, Star Luo Royal Academy, and Sun Moon Royal Soul Engineer Academy. After Zheng Tian won the championship, Du Busi settled a conflict with Dai Hao, then took Han Yu and the others toward the Body Sect.

• Lang Ya took Han Yu and the Body Sect to the Starlight Auction House, where Du Busi bought the Tyrant Tiger Soul Refining Blade and Xu Jiawei later gave Han Yu the Ice Jade Scorpion Soul Bone.
• Du Busi disguised himself as Xuan Zi and stole the Hundred-Thousand-Year Soul Beast embryo, while Han Yu absorbed the Ice Jade Scorpion Soul Bone with the Ice Empress’s help.
• Han Yu and Wei Na used God Tsukuyomi against Shrek Academy, whose fighters suffered powerful illusions and whose match ended in Zheng Tian Academy’s victory after Xuan Zi interfered.
• Shrek forfeited the individual match, advancing Zheng Tian Academy to the semifinals, where Han Yu’s decoy helped his team defeat Star Luo Royal Academy.

• Du Busi confronted Dai Hao over the attempted assassination of his disciple and accepted two fifty-thousand-year Soul Bones before leading Han Yu and the others toward the Body Sect.

Han Yu gained the Ice and Snow Empresses’ loyalty, advanced his power with the Dragon Kings’ remains, and led the Body Sect into the Star Dou Great Forest to hunt the Ten Thousand Demons King. Their expedition ended in a standoff with Di Tian after Du Busi captured the Three-Eyed Golden Lion.

• Mu En traded Xuan Zi’s Soul Bone to Du Busi and demonstrated Reign Over The World for Han Yu, who refused his invitation to join Shrek Academy.
• Han Yu defeated the Snow Empress in a trial, sealed her as a Soul Ring, and gained her as an ally alongside the Ice Empress.
• Han Yu found the Ice and Fire Yin-Yang Well, where Tang San killed him and took its treasures, but Han Yu revived through Izanagi and vowed to oppose him.
• Han Yu studied Undead Magic with Electrolux, while Du Busi attacked Shrek Academy over Huo Yuhao and Mu En stopped the fight before Du Busi beat Yan Shaozhe.
• Han Yu helped Du Busi break through to Limit Douluo, then recovered the Ice and Fire Dragon Kings’ Soul Bones and gained powerful wings and the Ice Flame Realm.
• Han Yu and Du Busi led the Body Sect into the Star Dou Great Forest to hunt the Ten Thousand Demons King, where they encountered Wang Dong, Xiao Xiao, and Xuan Zi.
• The Scarlet King killed the Zhongli Three Brothers, and Du Busi seized the Three-Eyed Golden Lion as a hostage while Han Yu cut off her mane.
• Di Tian arrived with Xiong Jun, Bi Ji, and Zi Ji and demanded the Three-Eyed Golden Lion’s release, but Du Busi refused his offer and proposed trading Xiong Jun instead.

Han Yu and the Body Sect became entangled in Di Tian’s assault on Shrek, and Han Yu’s power helped force the soul beasts to retreat. He survived the battle but was left temporarily blind and recovering at Shrek Academy, where Zhang Lexuan cared for him.

• Du Busi traded the Three-Eyed Golden Lion for Bi Ji’s Emerald Swan Soul Bone and escaped with the Body Sect, while Han Yu captured the Ten Thousand Demons King and left the forest.
• Huo Yuhao absorbed the Zhongli Three Brothers’ power, declared himself an Evil Soul Master, and rejected Xuan Zi’s offer to return to Shrek before fleeing with the Holy Spirit Cult’s protector.
• Di Tian announced a Beast Tide against Shrek after the Ten Thousand Demons King disappeared, and the soul beast army attacked Shrek City a month later.
• Mu En fought Di Tian and shielded Shrek with the Golden Tree, then named Xuan Zi his successor before departing as the Body Sect arrived to help defend the city.
• Han Yu saved Ning Tian at the East City Gate and fought at Shrek’s walls, then joined Du Busi against Di Tian after Mu En’s departure.

Han Yu joined Shrek’s exchange to the Sun Moon Empire, studied Soul Tools, and became entangled with Meng Hongchen while confronting Huo Yuhao and the Holy Spirit Cult. After a year of growth, he left for the Far North to find the awakened Snow Empress.

• Han Yu secured a place on Shrek Academy’s exchange trip, recovered at the Body Sect, and joined the group under Zhang Lexuan’s leadership.
• At Sun Moon Royal Soul Engineer Academy, Han Yu impressed the students by breaking the testing machines and began studying Soul Tools with Xuan Ziwen.
• Han Yu destroyed seven Holy Spirit Cult branch altars, gained new abilities, and defeated Ji Juechen’s challenge with Wood Release.
• Han Yu warned Meng Hongchen that her medicines threatened her cultivation, then agreed to accompany her to hunt a Sixth Soul Ring.
• Han Yu defeated Huo Yuhao’s Wood Clone in the Jingyang Mountain Range and learned of Huo Yuhao’s planned attack on Shrek Academy.
