Qin Chuan kept both hands in his pockets. His blade had already been sheathed, but the lingering force of instantly killing a True God and snapping the Archon's fingers still trembled through the air.
Duo Long heard Qin Chuan's blunt order to leave. His round body retreated several hundred meters with surprising agility, and he immediately spread both hands.
"You're straightforward, sir. A failed deal doesn't ruin our friendship. The territory is yours; we absolutely won't touch it." Duo Long smiled amiably, the fat on his face bunching together. "But as a potential business partner in the future, there's something I don't know whether I should say."
Qin Chuan raised his eyelids slightly.
"Speak."
Duo Long turned his head and glanced at the Space Crack in the sky, which had just closed.
"Heaven Country isn't a top-tier hegemon in the Seventh Star Domain, but it's definitely above average. Today, you wiped out an entire Expeditionary Army of theirs, leaving them utterly humiliated. That Archon is restricted by the basic protocols of the Origin Continent, so his true body can't descend across realms directly." Duo Long rubbed his chin. "But the resources he can mobilize are far more terrifying than those eleven vanguard troops just now."
Qin Chuan said nothing and listened quietly.
"Next time, they'll definitely send top True Gods capable of leading an army." Duo Long raised one thick, stubby finger. "And after witnessing your methods, they'll surely apply to the higher-ups of their Pantheon for high-grade Divine Artifacts specifically designed to counter causality-type abilities or law-severing techniques."
Qin Chuan nodded. "Is that all?"
"Do you think that's not enough?" Duo Long asked, stunned.
Qin Chuan's lips twitched.
"Go back and tell the people in charge in your circle that anyone who wants revenge can come whenever they like."
