Early the next morning, Uchiha Kiyoshi washed last night's bowls and chopsticks clean, then began a new day.

Just like that, a week passed.

Within the Uchiha Clan, whether someone became a ninja was not determined by whether they had the aptitude to extract Chakra, but by their talent. Generally, only those with at least Chunin potential would be recommended by the clan to become ninjas. Otherwise, if they only became Genin, they would inevitably end up as cannon fodder. They might as well eat and drink well within the clan and live out their lives peacefully.

Of course, if someone with poor aptitude insisted on cultivating, the clan would not oppose them. Two weeks were enough for Uchiha Kiyoshi to study Physical Energy.

Not only had Uchiha Kiyoshi figured out the general properties of Physical Energy, but he had also confirmed his earlier guess.

As his physical fitness improved, the quality of his Physical Energy indeed improved as well. At the very least, Uchiha Kiyoshi could now proudly say that one glance was enough to tell his Physical Energy was pale green!

Five people had already successfully extracted Chakra, and Uchiha Kiyoshi had succeeded within the normal "average" time, so Uchiha Ryu was not overly excited.
