Uchiha Kiyoshi secretly developed a way to nourish his body with Chakra while pursuing medical ninjutsu and building strength. After he used the Hemostasis Technique to save Nawaki, the Hokage and Uchiha Clan recognized his potential, and Uchiha Kai promised him support.

• After his parents died, Uchiha Kiyoshi chose to live independently and quietly trained in the Uchiha Clan, where he learned to refine Chakra and discovered his unusually large reserves and several elemental affinities.
• At the Ninja Academy, Uchiha Kiyoshi befriended Senju Nawaki, studied medical ninjutsu and Sealing Jutsu, and concealed his abilities while pursuing his goal of surviving.
• Uchiha Kiyoshi devised the Body Nourishment Technique by converting Chakra into Physical Energy and guiding it into his cells, increasing his Chakra reserves and improving his control.
• After hunting a tough beast in Konoha's Back Mountain, Uchiha Kiyoshi cultivated the technique with its meat and built goodwill at Konoha Hospital while Danzo's Root investigated him.
• Uchiha Kiyoshi led Nawaki and their classmates on a trap-based hunt, then used the Hemostasis Technique to stop Nawaki's bleeding after a beast injured him.
• Sarutobi Hiruzen and Uchiha Kai learned of Uchiha Kiyoshi's medical skill, and Uchiha Kai promised him monthly Medicinal Bath ingredients and one free Ninjutsu of his choice.

Uchiha Kiyoshi graduated from the Academy and trained under Orochimaru with Nawaki and Sarutobi Saku, completing dangerous missions that tested the team. After clashing with Iwagakure Shinobi, Kiyoshi returned to Konoha determined to strengthen his body and refine his techniques.

• Uchiha Kiyoshi graduated from the Ninja Academy, joined Team 3 with Nawaki and Sarutobi Saku, and began training under Orochimaru.
• Orochimaru sent Team 3 to eliminate bandits near Ryūgetsu Village, where the three Genin killed the Matsuoka Brothers and Sarutobi Saku was injured by an explosion.
• Uchiha Kiyoshi treated his teammates and studied medical Ninjutsu while Sarutobi Saku recovered, then developed an Earth Shield and a Chakra-storing seal for kunai.
• Orochimaru sent Team 3 to escort Ishimura Yukito’s caravan, and Kiyoshi, Nawaki, and Sarutobi Saku defeated Yagi Nobuto and his Rogue Ninja.
• In the Land of Earth, Orochimaru fought Doseki while Team 3 battled Iwagakure Genin, and Kiyoshi wounded Kitsuchi before Doseki withdrew his squad.
• Team 3 returned to Konoha, where Kiyoshi decided to intensify his physical training and develop the Body Forging Technique while Orochimaru trained the team.

Uchiha Kiyoshi advanced his training, awakened the Sharingan during a deadly mission in the Rain Country, and helped Team 3 survive. As Konoha prepared for war, he resisted Danzo’s recruitment attempt and arrived at the front, where Orochimaru warned that the conflict had not yet fully begun.

• Uchiha Kiyoshi developed his Body Forging Technique with the Hardening Technique and Gravity Barrier, while Team 3 trained and completed missions.
• Uchiha Kiyoshi, Nawaki, and Sarutobi Saku investigated Amegakure’s bases near Nanyun Town, where Rain Shinobi ambushed Sarutobi Saku.
• Uchiha Kiyoshi awakened his One Tomoe Sharingan, killed Ryo, and helped his teammates escape the Rain Country after fighting pursuing Shinobi.
• Sarutobi Hiruzen classified the mission as A-rank and worried that killing so many enemies had affected Uchiha Kiyoshi, who then studied Genjutsu and began cultivating Yin Release.
• Uchiha Kiyoshi adapted to his Sharingan and defeated Uchiha Fugaku in a spar, while Team 3 resumed training as war approached.
• After Konoha declared war on Rain Country, Uchiha Kiyoshi refused Danzo’s Root recruitment and escaped when Danzo’s shinobi tried to seize him.
• Uchiha Kai brought Danzo’s actions before Sarutobi Hiruzen, who confined Danzo and barred him from Root affairs, then Team 3 received orders to deploy.
• Team 3 reached Konoha’s base, where Orochimaru welcomed them and told Uchiha Kiyoshi that both sides were probing each other while they awaited the Wind Country and Land of Earth’s positions.

Uchiha Kiyoshi lost Nawaki and Sarutobi Saku in a Root ambush, then pursued revenge while developing a new cultivation method. After the war ended, he struck Danzo through a clone and returned to Konoha, where he advanced his standing and trained with Minato Namikaze.

• Orochimaru took Team 3 on an investigation mission near Sunagakure’s camp, but Sand and Root shinobi ambushed them, and Uchiha Kiyoshi lost Nawaki and Sarutobi Saku as his Sharingan evolved to three tomoe.
• Uchiha Kiyoshi rejected Orochimaru’s warning to endure Danzo’s actions, returned with Nawaki’s body, and began investigating how to absorb Natural Energy and build a cultivation system.
• After Team 3 disbanded, Uchiha Kiyoshi trained alone, hunted Root squads, and undertook a long mission in the Rain Country, where he made clones from corpses to gather intelligence.
• Uchiha Kiyoshi killed Root assassins and aided Konoha during the battles against Hanzo and Amegakure, while Jiraiya stayed behind to train Yahiko, Nagato, and Konan.
• Uchiha Kiyoshi’s clone attacked Root’s base, severed Danzo’s right arm, and detonated its Chakra, prompting the Third Hokage to conceal the incident and face pressure from Konoha’s clans.
• Uchiha Kiyoshi returned to Konoha, gained access to the Uchiha Archives, selected new Ninjutsu, and defeated Uchiha Fugaku in a spar.
• Uchiha Kiyoshi trained with Minato Namikaze, combined their Body Flicker methods into a version without side effects, and experimented with using vaporized water for propulsion.
