Floating in the air, Starlight Figure looked down at the giant eyeball below. Dense starlight surged in from every direction, spreading into his body. He opened his palm. "But what can you accomplish alone?"
Strands of strings pierced through the void, through the space around the giant eyeball, standing amid the rings of eyeballs surrounding it. In an instant, several eyeballs were sliced apart.
Amid flesh and blood raining through the sky, the rings of eyeballs suddenly collapsed. Countless eyeballs flew through the air, then instantly unfolded and turned into innumerable twisted monsters.
"Rule: All creatures below the mythical level in this place may enter a berserk state at any time. The berserk state will unleash their potential."
A cold voice, mechanical yet like a monarch gazing down upon the world, echoed through the dim void.
Brilliant red light filled heaven and earth, passing through the violent rain and covering every monster transformed from the eyeballs.
"Rule: Once power above the mythical level has been dispersed, its reassembly will require a mystical compatibility comparison. It may only fully fuse once the comparison reaches 100%."
The starlight gathering toward Starlight Figure in the sky visibly slowed. The radiance fusing into Starlight Figure also decelerated at a visible rate. The lights no longer merged freely, as though they were comparing something.
At the same time, fine bloodstains spread across the enormous crimson eyeball.
The entire eyeball began to tremble violently, as though the injury had stimulated some will within it.
"Rule: All... life... can, to a certain extent... gain enhanced self-awareness and sanity..."
The final sentence stuttered several times, as though something had interfered with it and caused the words to break apart.
But in the end, the sentence was spoken in full.
